About the Aves Collection

The Aves Collection began as a portfolio of boutique, hotel-style stays across the British Isles. We acquired and restored properties to a high standard, working with local designers, artisans and technicians to bring older buildings up to modern, fully serviced living standards.

After years of business travel and hands-on operation of short-stay properties, it became clear that the real value wasn’t just in creating great places to stay - it was in managing properties properly. Renovation, compliance, pricing, guest experience, maintenance and long-term asset performance all mattered more than the label on the door.

Today, The Aves Collection focuses on professional property management.

We manage residential and short-term rental properties on behalf of private owners, taking full operational control where required. This includes renovation oversight, furnishing, regulatory compliance, day-to-day management and ongoing optimisation to protect both income and the underlying asset.
